Media converter FoxGate 10/100Base-TX to 100Base-F 1310nm, SM, SC/PC, 20 km (EC-B-0,1-1SM-1310nm-20)

Media converters are designed to connect Ethernet 10/100Base-TX network segments based on twisted pair copper and Fast Ethernet 100Base-FX based on fiber optic cable.

Duplex transmission is carried out over one or two fibers, using wave multiplexing, at wavelengths of 1310 and 1550 nm. This solution provides greater flexibility and a lower cost, as only one optical fiber is needed for its implementation, instead of two.

Converters are produced for single-mode fiber-optic cables with SC/PC connectors.
The devices are equipped with an external power supply unit: 100-275 V, 50 Hz.
Converters can be used both in a separate version and installed in the chassis FoxGate EC-F14 (up to 14 pcs).

On the front panel there are connectors and indicators:
SC/PC type optical connector.
RJ-45 connector for connecting to Ethernet 10/100BASE-TX devices.

In addition, there are LED indicators on the front panel that inform about the presence of power, as well as transmission speeds and the status of network and optical interfaces.
On the back panel there is a power connector.
