Kryo - in Greek means "cold" - is part of the word "cryoengineering". It is obvious that this thermal paste was created specifically for use in low temperature conditions — for real "cryonauts" among extreme overclockers.

Kryonaut uses a special structure that stops the drying process at temperatures up to 80° Celsius. This structure is also responsible for ensuring that the nano aluminum and zinc oxide particles included in the paste are optimally mixed to compensate for the unevenness of the component (i.e. the processor) and the heatsink, guaranteeing efficient heat transfer.
