Thermal paste Arctic MX-5 4g (ACTCP00045A)

Like all thermal pastes, Arctic MX-5 does not contain metal particles. Therefore, the paste is not a conductor, which prevents a short circuit if the thermal paste gets on the conductive paths and contacts of the connectors.

The low viscosity makes it easy to apply an even layer of MX-5 on the entire surface of the distribution cover of the processor. And thanks to the contact pressure from the radiator, the thermal paste film is extremely thin. In combination with high thermal conductivity, this causes very low thermal resistance, which contributes to good cooling, which depends on the service life and performance of the processor.

As a filler, carbon microparticles are used in MX-5, which fill small surface defects, improving heat transfer from the chip to the radiator. The thermal paste is suitable for use on all CPUs and GPUs. MX-5 is also recommended for other chips with high heat generation and for power semiconductor devices.
