The USW-Flex switch itself can withstand quite extreme temperature changes. However, if the USW-Flex is installed outdoors, we recommend using the UniFi Switch Flex Utility.
The USW Flex Utility is an outdoor weatherproof enclosure designed for use with the UniFi Switch Flex (USW-Flex). Also included is an Ethernet patch cable and a 60W PoE adapter for a maximum PoE budget of 46W.
USW Flex Utility can be easily pole mounted, provides clean cable management and a screw lock for security.
