Magnetic shaft SAMSUNG ML-1610/2010 Static Control (SAM1610DEVRL)

The purpose of the magnetic shaft is to charge it with a negative charge and transfer toner microgranules to the surface of the photobar. The shaft can be an empty tube made of rubber or a metal tube covered with a rubberized material. Depending on the design, the presence of dust and dirt on the shaft shell, the resource and quality of printing may decrease during operation. Replacement of the shell or the entire shaft will be necessary if the print becomes light and during inspection, glimmers of the surface of the metal tube are detected. The use of low-quality toner can affect the appearance of scratches and significantly reduce the resource of the magnetic shaft.
