USB flash drive Kingston DT 2000 Metal Security USB 3.0 are protected drives with an alphanumeric keyboard that block access to data using a PIN code, which is a number or word. The auto-lock function is activated when the drive is removed from the device and removes the encryption key after 10 hacking attempts.

Drives have 256-bit AES hardware encryption in XTS mode to protect all data. Encryption is performed inside the device, not on the host computer, so no traces of the PIN code remain in the system to ensure a high level of protection.

USB flash drive Kingston DT 2000 Metal Security USB 3.0 is OS-independent and can be used with any device that has a USB 2.0 or USB 3.1 Gen 1 (USB 3.0) port.
