IsoStation M5 is a new universal access point of the 5 GHz range, developed by creative engineers of Ubiquiti Networks to solve a wide variety of tasks, from deploying base stations to creating point-to-point links. The highlight of the model is a unique modular design with the possibility of changing antennas.

The access point supports WiFi 802.11 N standards, as well as the proprietary AirMax protocol. The latter differs favorably from traditional WiFi by supporting the so-called TDMA Polling, a scheme where each client of the base station receives an individual there-slot for sending data, due to which the occurrence of collisions is completely excluded.

IsoStation M5 operates under the AirOs operating system traditional for AirMax access points from Ubiquiti, which has an intuitive interface and many additional features and utilities, one of which is the built-in airView spectrum analyzer, which allows you to select the least loaded channels for better equipment operation.

If necessary, the access point can be managed using the specialized U Mobile application, which is available for download to your gadgets in GooglePlay and AppStore.
