The SXTsq 5ac is a compact and lightweight outdoor wireless device with a built-in antenna, ideal for point-to-point connections or use as a CPE. It is compact, weatherproof and easy to install. SXTsq 5ac is an improved version of the long-known SXT ac model, although the physical size of the device has been significantly reduced - SXTsq ac is twice as thin.

Higher power allows you to reach a longer distance than when using the SXTsq Lite 5. In addition, the support of the 802.11 ac standard provides much higher bandwidth and opens up even more access point possibilities. The device includes one 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet port to take full advantage of the speed provided by the 802.11ac protocol.

Power supply and installation

Powered by passive PoE, input voltage range 10 - 30 V DC. The set includes a 24 V, 0.38 A power supply unit and a PoE injector. The housing includes slots for direct attachment of the hose clamp holder in three different locations, with the possibility of installation on horizontal railings. There is also an easily accessible ground connection for lightning protection. QuickMount Pro can be used to mount the device on the mast.
