The GP-Extreme thermal pad is based on the technologies and materials used in the production of our highly efficient GC-Extreme thermal paste, which has won numerous awards and won the trust of the winners of international overclocking tournaments. The GP-Extreme gasket is intended for installation on printed circuit boards with elements of various sizes and topologies, such as microcontrollers, RAM and ROM chips, analog chips, other integrated and discrete surface mount components.

Thanks to its high elasticity, GP-Extreme covers electronic components, filling the gaps between them. And the increased thermal conductivity of the gasket ensures highly efficient heat transfer to one or more radiators mounted on the printed circuit board.

The GP-Extreme gasket is made in the form of a plate of 80x40 mm and is optimally suitable for printed circuit boards of video cards, multimedia cards, high-speed hard drives and other electronic devices with dense surface mounting.
