This is due to the fact that during printing, the thermal film comes into contact with the paper, and the speed of its movement cannot be called low. We advise you to change it if you notice the following: the printer started to crackle or rustle during printing, the paper keeps getting stuck in the oven, the printout is smeared, fuzzy or with extraneous dots and dirt.
