Linear laser scanner Metrologic/Honeywell Voyager 1202g 2USB (1202g 2USB) provides freedom of movement thanks to Bluetooth® wireless communication and the ability to quickly and conveniently replace the battery at the workplace. The new 1202g scanner provides the high performance of barcode scanning that users can expect from the globally recognized Voyager family of scanners.

Voyager 1202g is equipped with a radio system that supports the Bluetooth standard (class 2, ver. 2.1) and allows you to freely use the scanner within a radius of 10 m from the base station. Honeywell products that support Bluetooth® class 2 have also demonstrated the ability to communicate at a distance of up to 30 m with no obstructions in the direct line of sight. Voyager 1202g offers users increased security and freedom of movement thanks to the absence of cables. For additional convenience, a paging system is provided, which makes it easier to find a scanner left out of place with the help of light and sound signals.

The design of the scanner provides for the possibility of quick and convenient battery replacement right at the workplace without the use of tools. A large-capacity lithium-ion battery allows you to operate the scanner for 12 hours without recharging - during this time, you can perform about 45,000 scanning operations. The Voyager 1202g battery recharges quite quickly, which is reflected in increased productivity.

The Voyager 1202g is based on the Voyager 1200g wired scanner and is optimized for scanning linear barcodes, including poorly stamped or damaged ones. The Voyager 1202g enables organizations to minimize manual data entry, increasing productivity and reducing errors.

This scanner is equipped with multiple ports that automatically detect the interface in use. Voyager 1202g automatically selects the required interface, which shortens the installation procedure. Simple installation of the scanner creates additional convenience for users working in stores, medical facilities and in production with easy operating conditions. The base station can be placed on a table or mounted on a wall, depending on the requirements of the workplace.
