Working with the MS-3580 QuantumT in multiplane mode, you will get a higher scanning speed compared to analogues (QuantumT produces 1650 scans per second), which contributes to increasing the throughput of cash registers and customer satisfaction. Working with the scanner in linear scanning mode, you can easily select and scan the required barcode from the barcode menu.
The scanner is able to perform complex tasks while taking up very little space, regardless of whether it is mounted on a cash desk, wall, stand, or left unmounted as a handheld scanner.
Other key features of the scanner are the IR activation mode patented by the Metrologic company, the programmable scanning mode and the ability to work in the main and auxiliary scanning modes. Quantum T is a multi-purpose universal barcode scanner that provides a solution to all scanning tasks in retail.
Honeywell MK3580 Quantum T is a compact laser barcode scanner that provides single-plane and multi-plane scanning. The single-plane mode, activated by a button, allows you to precisely position the laser beam relative to the barcode, for example, when reading closely spaced barcodes from a product catalog. With the multi-plane mode of operation, there is no need to rigidly position the scanner in relation to the barcode, which ensures high productivity of the cashier's work and high throughput of the cash register node. Switching scanning modes is done by simply pressing the button.
Thanks to its small dimensions and small footprint, the Honeywell MK3580 Quantum T can be installed at any workplace. Despite its miniature size, Quantum T has high characteristics (scanning speed - 1650 scans / sec; reading distance - 279 mm), which coincide with the characteristics of high-end scanners.
