TSC's TC series desktop printers for thermal transfer barcode printing are based on the advanced features of the best-selling TTP-245C series printers, with some notable improvements. Like the TTP-245C series printers, TC series products are characterized by a small footprint and high performance, characteristics that customers already expect from TSC products as a standard.

Durable, reliable and high-speed, the TC series printers print labels, tags and coupons up to 102 mm (4 inches) wide at speeds up to 152 mm (6 inches) per second. This guarantees a price-quality ratio that is unattainable by other models of desktop thermal transfer barcode printers on the market.

The design of the TC series printers ensures ease of use. The media and tapes are easy to install. The printer uses thermal transfer ribbons up to 110 meters long on a core with a 13 mm (0.5 inch) diameter groove. The media compartment holds up to 127 mm (5 in) diameter rolls of labels on 25.4 mm (1 in) or 38.1 mm (1.5 in) diameter cores. The roll is easily inserted into the centrally located spring holder.

The standard set of communication interfaces for the TC200 and TC300 models includes Ethernet, USB 2.0, parallel and serial RS-232 interfaces.

As separately purchased communication equipment for all TC series printers, a Bluetooth module (special option) and an external wireless module 802.11 b/g/n are offered (special option).
