Two sources of resources

The Liberty PWE 6115 CX-F plate is a vivid example of how you can make the equipment universal and able to perform its functions in any conditions. Its working part uses gas and electricity as the basis for obtaining a flame (one burner is cast iron and works from the mains), while the oven uses only electricity. By combining these two resources, the stove has become very convenient: even if there is no electricity supply, you can always use the gas part and vice versa.

Electric ignition and gas control

The use of modern developments has significantly simplified the use of the stove and interaction with it. There is a separate electric ignition button that activates a piezo element when you press it. There is also a gas control of the cooking part, so emergency situations with the flame going out are not scary for you.

Oven with lighting

The oven of the presented stove model has a rather large volume - 56 liters. Due to such a large capacity, preparing large dishes will not be difficult. Built-in lighting will simplify the process of cooking, and will also allow you to quickly clean all the dirt inside the chamber.

Adjustable thermostat

The thermostat will allow you to choose the maximum heat level in the oven yourself. Having set the required temperature environment, you can maintain it in this version throughout the work cycle until the dish is ready.

Double-layer glass door

The oven compartment is closed by a door that has two glasses. This option is good because it prevents the heat from escaping. At the same time, the outer glass remains cool, which significantly increases the safety of those around you.

Options for your convenience

The oven can be set to any type of heat generation, taking into account the specifics of cooking this or that dish. At your disposal are such modes as grill, convection and timer. They will help to achieve the ideal condition for the food you are preparing.
