This way, the dish is heated intensively and evenly from all sides, it turns out juicy and crispy at the same time. In combination with the special MultiFlow 360° ventilation system, HomeMade ovens have a unique opportunity — cooking on five levels at the same time.

The quality and type of enamel is extremely important for the quality of the oven and its operation. SilverMatte is a super-resistant and high-strength material that can withstand very high temperatures and pyrolytic cleaning at 500°C. The inner surfaces of the oven and sheets are covered with smooth, non-porous enamel, which makes them resistant to high temperatures, microwaves and steam. The triple coating of the internal surfaces reflects the high temperature and provides additional insulation.

AquaClean: steam cleaning
Thanks to the use of completely new pyrolytic enamel in all lines of the new generation of Gorenje ovens, the efficiency of the AquaClean function is much improved. The AquaClean function is a tangible help in cleaning the working chamber. All that is required is to pour 0.5 liters of water into the tray and turn on the AquaClean function. After 30 minutes, they just need to be wiped.

Excellent cooking results in Gorenje ovens are achieved due to the well-thought-out arrangement of the upper heating elements: the large heater is located around the perimeter of the ceiling, the small infrared heater is closer to the center. Thanks to this, the heat is distributed evenly, and the dish is baked to a crispy crust and remains juicy inside. Heaters can work separately or together. In Advanced models, the upper heating elements are folded away, which facilitates easy cleaning!
