In continuation of the series of wireless devices with 4G / LTE support, the company Mikrotik released an additional radio card with the form factor miniPCIe - R11e-LTE. Now, thanks to the new product, anyone can add 2G / 3G / 4G / LTE to their wireless solutions based on Mikrotik RouterBoard motherboards at a low cost.

The Mikrotik R11e-LTE expansion card has a standard miniPCI-e form factor and overall dimensions of 51 x 30 x 5 mm. The working width of the LTE channel is 1.4 / 3/5/10/15/20 MHz. The card supports LTE category 4 - 150Mbps Downlink, 50Mbps Uplink, 3G R7 category (21Mbps Downlinks, 5.76Mbps Uplink) and 2G class 12. Two uFL connectors are provided for connecting external devices.

R11e-LTE compatibility can be installed in any RouterBoard system board from the company Mikrotik, which has a miniPCIe slot and provides for the installation of similar devices. For example, boards of the RB953, RB912, RB922, RB411U series. Please note, R11e-LTE is not compatible with RB800. It is also possible to install it in other devices that support the miniPCIe format, such as access points with a pre-installed Mikrotik RouterOS network operating system: wAP R, NetMetal 5, BaseBox 2, BaseBox 5.
