Category 6 patch cord is mainly used in complex structural cable server systems and telecommunications installations. Category 6 cable provides a network connection with a data transfer speed of 10 Gbit/s and is, to a greater extent, an industrial standard. In addition, it has a higher level of protection against electromagnetic influence and is practically immune to interference.
