Panasonic KX-NCS2201XJ Communication Assistant Pro - key option for 1 subscriber. Designed for call management from a personal computer. This application works with the KX-TDE or KX-NCP series IP PBX and allows the subscriber to receive and process calls using a convenient and visual interface.

The main functions of the KX-NCS2201XJ:
- call management (call translation, holding, forwarding settings, etc.);
- viewing the status of all network subscribers;
- creating a personal contact list (the maximum number of user groups: 100);
- maximum number of application users: 128 (when using the Communication Assistant server application - up to 256);
- message in the form of a pop-up window with information about what is ringing when a call is received;
- view call history (up to 1000 calls);
- direct access to the telephone directory of the PBX;
- message about a missed call;
- possibility to leave message of an absent subscriber;
- management of voice messages from the PC monitor using the Voice Mail module.
