The two-rank module is compatible only with new platforms that support DDR4 memory modules with a volume of 32 GB or more. PnP (Plug'n'Play) technology support allows the system to automatically set the maximum possible memory frequency for it (on most systems, the maximum frequency available in the system manufacturer's BIOS will be set, PnP does not allow setting values higher than that), and the presence of XMP profiles will help to quickly configure memory on systems that do not support PnP.
