Gigabit router in a rack version, updated with the new Annapurna Alpine AL21400 processor with 4 Cortex A15 cores with a clock frequency of 1.4 GHz. A simplified version of the RB1100AHx4 Dude edition with a maximum bandwidth of up to 7.5 Gbit / s. The device has a 1U rack-mountable chassis, 13 gigabit Ethernet ports, an RS232 serial port and two redundant power supplies (as well as supporting -48V DC Telecom power and Passive PoE, 802.3at).

Products of the Latvian company MikroTik are network equipment. MikroTik develops, implements and installs wired and wireless routers, as well as accompanying equipment and operating systems. MikroTik was founded in 1995 as a hardware vendor in a developing market.

In 2007, more than 70 people were already employed in the company's staff.
