The Mikrotik RB260GS network switch is the optimal choice for organizing local networks of small enterprises. It is equipped with five 10/100/1000Mbit/s Gigabit Ethernet ports, one port for installing SFP modules and has a number of LED indicators: power, network activity and memory access, which help to visually monitor the operation of the device. The new MikroTik SwOS operating system is installed on the switch, which is easily controlled using a web browser and provides, in addition to standard functionality, many indispensable functions, such as port forwarding, MAC address filtering, VLAN configuration, traffic mirroring, bandwidth limitation and much more.

The Mikrotik RB260GS (RB260GS) network switch is designed on the basis of the Atheros AR8327 chipset, has a Taifatech TF470 processor (RISC, 50MHz) and 96K SRAM. In addition to the usual Ethernet ports, the switch boasts the presence of a port for SFP modules, which makes it possible to use the device not only in wired networks, but also in optical fiber networks. The power supply of the switch is provided through a special connector or through the passive version of the PoE protocol (Ethernet port 1). At the same time, the supply voltage can be in the range from 8V to 30V direct current. And its power consumption does not exceed 6W.
