The switches of the HPE OfficeConnect 1420 series provide Gigabit Ethernet (1GbE) connection without prior configuration and management. They provide small businesses with 10x the network performance of Fast Ethernet technology. Unmanaged switches are a cost-effective solution for small businesses. They are perfect for peer-to-peer networks that require only basic Layer 2 switching. Half-duplex and full-duplex modes of operation with automatic speed detection allow you to double the bandwidth of each port.

The HPE OfficeConnect 1420 series includes nine models of Gigabit switches with different capabilities, including support for PoE+ technology, fiber optic connections and 10G uplinks. All HPE OfficeConnect 1420 series switches feature a fanless design for quiet office use, as well as internal power supplies. Devices can be installed on a desktop or in racks.
