D-Link DES-1210 switch series includes Web switches Smart of the next generation. The switches in this series combine advanced management and security features that provide better performance and scalability.
Web Smart switches give small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) the ability to fully control their network. Thanks to the "copper" Gigabit Ethernet ports, which provide connection over the existing Category 5 cable based on twisted pair, the use of these switches does not require giving up the existing infrastructure. DES-1210 switches provide flexible connection to the backbone network or servers. In addition, all ports support automatic detection of MDI/MDIX cross-cable connections. This eliminates the need to use crossover cables on uplink ports and ensures the connection of desktop computers.
The new generation D-Link DES-1210-28 switch provides growing businesses with simple and easy network management using the SmartConsole utility or through a Web interface that provides remote network management up to the ports.
