DVP Tool DVP-740 Optical Fiber Welding Machine (DVP-740)

Compact automatic welding machine with wide functionality and fiber alignment along the core. Allows welding of most common fibers, including fibers with reduced bend losses such as G.657. Also, thanks to universal clamps, in addition to welding ordinary fiber, it is possible to make connections with heat shrink, flat distribution cables FinMark FTTHххх-SM-02 and FinMark FTTHххх-SM-18 or patch cord cable Ø 3 mm.

In addition, DVP-740 has a new possibility of welding in the connector. For this purpose, the set of the device includes special replaceable clamps for the carriage and for the heat-shrinking furnace.

The welding device is ready to work in quite harsh conditions, because it has a rubber casing that protects the body of the device from mechanical damage, and it can also work at low temperatures and high humidity. And the battery charge, with a capacity of 6000 mAh, is enough for 120 welding/shrinking cycles without recharging.
