Air circulates freely, enveloping the product from all sides, making it tender and juicy inside and incredibly crispy outside. In the 71-liter chamber with recessed side walls, air is distributed even better, so the entire space of the oven is maintained at the same temperature, which ensures even baking. Forced air circulation creates professional conditions for cooking both on one and several levels at the same time.

Thanks to the use of a completely new pyrolytic enamel in all lines of the new generation of Gorenje ovens, the efficiency of the AquaClean function is much improved. The AquaClean function is a tangible help in cleaning the working chamber. All you need is to pour 0.5 liters of water into the tray and turn on the AquaClean function. After 30 minutes, the results are visible on the inner walls of the oven and the trays. Dirt and grease are softened, and it remains to simply wipe them off.

Excellent cooking results in Gorenje ovens are achieved due to the well-thought-out arrangement of the upper heating elements: a large heater is located around the perimeter of the ceiling, a small infrared heater is closer to the center. Thanks to this, the heat is distributed evenly, and the dish is baked to a crispy crust and remains juicy inside. Heaters can work separately or together. In Advanced models, the upper heating elements are folded away, which facilitates easy cleaning!
