Compact multifunctional ovens with microwave function will allow you to combine any of the three cooking modes. With the right combination, you can cook even the most complex dishes faster. Convection heating can be used for traditional cooking on three levels at the same time. In combination with microwaves and a grill, convection greatly expands your possibilities and helps to significantly reduce cooking time. In addition, the grill allows you to achieve a particularly crispy crust on dishes.

MultiFlow 360° system ensures optimal air circulation in the oven. The well-thought-out location of the holes on the back wall and the unique arched shape help to distribute hot air flows over the entire space of the working chamber. The fan delivers hot air to the furthest corners of the oven, ensuring even cooking. Air circulation allows simultaneous cooking on several levels without mixing tastes and smells.

Silver Matte enamel is a super-resistant and high-strength material that can withstand very high temperatures and pyrolytic cleaning at 500 °C. Smooth, non-porous enamel covers the inner surfaces of the oven and sheets, which makes them resistant to high temperatures, microwaves and steam. Triple coating of internal surfaces reflects high temperature and provides additional insulation. The active coating makes it possible to burn off impurities at a high temperature, which also eliminates any microorganisms, and maintain a clean and safe environment in the oven.

By monitoring the temperature inside the meat, the Meat Probe controls the entire process and even activates an alarm at the right time.

AquaClean steam cleaning
Thanks to the brand new enamel in all lines of new Gorenje built-in ovens, the AquaClean function has been much improved. The AquaClean function helps a lot in cleaning the interior of the oven. Simply pour half a liter of water into the deep tray, slide it into the oven and switch on the AquaClean mode. Already after half an hour, the result is visible on all internal surfaces of the oven and deck. Dirt and grease on the walls of the oven soften and can be easily wiped with a damp cloth.
