The main emphasis in the development of the GARANTERM ER 50 V boiler was placed on the use of a high-quality tank coating. The water heater uses white epoxy enamel, which is resistant to yellowing and cracking. To ensure safety and durability, the technologies of Mineral Glass enamel reinforcement and Dry Coat enamel coating are used. DryCoat technology is a special system of applying an enamel coating using a dry method. Spraying in this way prevents the appearance of irregularities, bubbles and cracks on the surface of the tank.
The temperature is regulated using a special external regulator. SuperFoam thermal insulation effectively prevents heat loss, which reduces the amount of energy consumed. Parts such as water intake and supply pipes are made of stainless steel, which provides additional reliability. An enlarged magnesium anode protects the tank from corrosion.
