The Bosch electric storage water heater of the Tronic series is a compact and easy-to-use product designed for heating hot water using electric energy. The heating temperature is controlled using the regulator knob on the body of the water heater. Thus, when setting the temperature to 70C, the water heater will constantly maintain the set value during operation.

The tank is tested at a pressure of 16 bar, which is twice as much as the usual water pressure in houses and apartments. Such resistance is achieved thanks to the antibacterial glass-ceramic coating inside Tronic water heaters.

Glass ceramics is a vitreous substance hardened at a high temperature (780C-850C) and covers the water heater tank. The main difference from glass is that this coating easily resists pressure and temperature changes.

In addition, it is completely chemically neutral and ensures complete hygienic preparation of hot water. Thus, there is no risk of water "blooming" and when the water heater is not in use, there is no need to drain the water from it.
