The maintenance-free rechargeable battery Ritar AGM RT1280, 12V-8Ah (RT1280) is manufactured using AGM technology (the electrolyte is absorbed in a special porous separator). AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) stands for absorbent glass mats. In fact, it is an ordinary glass fabric placed between positive and negative lead plates. In this glass fabric in the "bound" state there is an electrolyte. Due to the fact that the electrolyte is in a connected state, batteries can be used in any position (for example, on their side).
