Montech HyperFlow Silent 360 is equipped with an aluminum radiator with a fin density of 20 FPI, which ensures optimal heat dissipation. The system includes three 120mm Metal Pro 12 Silent fans with hydrodynamic bearings that operate at speeds of 800-2200 rpm, creating an airflow of up to 72.3 CFM and a static pressure of up to 3.12 mm H₂O at a noise level of only 24.8 dB. The fans are connected via 4-pin PWM, which allows you to precisely adjust the speed depending on the temperature. The pump, with speeds up to 3100 rpm, has a copper base for efficient heat transfer and a ceramic shaft for durability.

The system supports a wide range of sockets from Intel and AMD, making it compatible with most current and previous platforms. 400mm Teflon-coated flexible tubes ensure convenient placement in ATX and Micro-ATX cases.
