Successful work when replacing thermal films or thermoelements in fusers, in addition to the use of high-quality components and the experience of the master, largely depends on the type and quality of the lubricant used. The consequences of using low-quality, counterfeit or simply inappropriate lubricants can be different: poor toner fixation, smearing of the image, paper jams in the fuser, error messages and damage to the thermal film or thermal element.
