A universal tower-type processor cooling system designed to remove heat from any Intel and AMD Mainstream and Performance class processors with a heat output of up to 220 W. It is positioned as an affordable product in the middle price category, which will probably be of interest to users who are not satisfied with the performance and noise level of complete CPU cooling systems.
The basis of the CPU cooler Deepcool AG400 was a system of four copper nickel-plated U-shaped heat pipes with a diameter of 6 mm, the upper part of which has a radiator consisting of aluminum plates with a thickness of 0.25 mm (the distance between the plates 2 mm). To improve heat transfer, the technology of direct contact of the polished surface of the tubes with the CPU heatsink cover is used.
The aluminum radiator is blown by a 120 mm Deepcool AG400 fan with PWM control and a durable hydrodynamic sliding bearing (Hydro Bearing). Its rotation speed can vary from a virtually silent 500 rpm to a significant 2,000 rpm, which provides an impressive performance of up to 2.1 m of air per minute at a high static pressure (2.53 mm H2O). The cooler is equipped with a set of fasteners for mounting on motherboards with Intel LGA1700/1200/115X or AMD AM5/AM4/AM3(+) processor connectors (i.e. compatible with the absolute majority of Mainstream and Performance boards).
