Mikrotik APA-1 is a car power adapter with surge protection and other safety features to protect your LtAP and other devices from the harsh car environment. APA-1 can be used with GPER IP67 housing! It prevents sudden voltage spikes thanks to the built-in gas discharge tube, which at high voltage provides a new low-resistance path for excess voltage. There is also an additional layer of protection in the form of a TVS semiconductor, active polarity protection, a built-in low-pass filter and a standard fuse. The output voltage is easy to change with a jumper, and there is also a direct pass mode if you don't need to adjust the input voltage.
